Once
your 3 day diet record has been received, Shauna
will review your intake to get a better idea of
your eating patterns, types of food you like and
to evaluate any immediate issues. |
- Shauna will analyze your diet, break it down
by nutrients, fats and fluids and then create
reports that identify what areas are sufficient
or need improvement.
- The reports will show a breakdown of all nutrients
and compare them to recommended daily requirements
and personal goals.
- Areas where your diet is high fat and/or calories
will be pin-pointed so you can make specific
changes to your eating habits. After the analysis
is complete, they will be put on easy to read
reports for your review.
- Shauna will include an overview including
areas of improvement that will educate you on
how different food selections impact your diet
allowing you to better understand future dietary
recommendations and suggestions. She will also
show you areas of your diet where you are doing
well.
