enter all food and drinks you have had over
the past 3 days. There is a seperate section
for each day. Use the following codes for
each meal type: B = Breakfast, L = Lunch,
D = Dinner, S = Snack. Try to record 2 weekdays
and 1 weekend day. Make sure to
include measurements, detailed descriptions
and brand names (if possible).
